It all begins with you.  You take the first step by completing our Investor Profile and we do the rest.  Each of our clients will be assigned a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM).  No more calling an 800 number or speaking to an automated system. You have a CRM that is trained on getting you to focus on your goals and considered one of the best salespersons in the Valley. Our ‘property matching’ system has allowed us to extend our superb client oriented services to over 56,000 investors worldwide and it all began by submitting an investor profile form.

After completing the Investor Profile, a CRM will contact you and the first question that you are asked is “What Is Your Exit Strategy?”  Our acquisitions begin with the end in mind.  Do you want to have a positive cash-flow?  Does that not depend on the acquisition margins? Are you more driven by ‘flipping?’  Well, we need to reach price points with decent margins in order to flip effectively.  This is what we do.  We put together a plan that is going to lead to your success.
